The experience I have obtained over the last 25 years of working closely with some of the nations top home builders is invaluable. I have seen first hand the successes and (at times) failures of these homebuilding companies. Over the years we have worked with thousands of customers, and based on their feedback it is apparent that a new direction is needed in homebuilding. While all home builders claim honesty and integrity, the reality is they do not always deliver on that promise.
 
Site InspectionThe old saying “the customer knows best” has a lot of truth in it. Honest feedback from customers is critical, but most home builders never really get the opportunity to hear what their customers are thinking. For most of my career I have owned and operated mortgage companies that have been directly involved with major home builders. Customers might not give feedback to their builder, but they will certainly give it to their mortgage company about their builder.

 

We listen to our customers and we are open and honest with them, we believe in telling our customers the truth, not what we think they want to hear. Many home builders confuse communication with marketing. We believe pure communication is critical to any building project, and we understand that communication is primarily our responsibility. Straight talk, plain and simple. True North.

 

Advertising and fanciful talk can be misleading, find your true north. A new direction in homebuilding.
