Site Evaluation

Before purchasing a residential home site we will do a complimentary site evaluation to discuss the cost and benefits of building on a particular home site. If you are having trouble choosing a home site we can help you narrow your choice based on desirability, cost associated with building and overall value. Chip McClure started doing customer’s site construction projects in 1999 and is extremely knowledgeable in evaluating home sites.

 

Client Consultation

We offer no obligation project consultation on remodeling, building or tear down projects.. We will listen to your needs and specifications, give you the hard facts about the cost involved, and help you make an educated decision.

 

Remodeling

True North Custom Homes also specializes in remodeling. We know how to get the job done right while being minimally invasive to the structure and to your family’s lifestyle. We utilize the same design process and planning that goes into building every True North Custom Home in our remodeling projects. Our level of customer service is exactly the same, so our customers know they are getting top notch service even on the smallest of projects.

 

New Build / Scrape

We have the experience and the specific knowledge required to rebuild on your existing home site. If you love your current neighborhood, tearing the existing structure down and building a new custom home may be the answer. Most homebuilders never do this type of project, at True North Custom Homes it’s what we do most often. We are familiar with this type of project including financing and temporary living accommodations for your family while the project is being completed.
